OUGD603 - Brief 11 - Rebecca Ishaque Branding - Brief & Research

I was recently contacted by Rebecca Ishaque a 3rd year photography student who wanted some branding done that she could use for career purposes after university. 

I met with Rebecca to find out more about what she wanted and the design she was after. We worked through some research together and she also compiled some independent research on colour, typography and design.

Joint research - 

I was at first slightly apprehensive after the talk with Rebecca. The design aesthetic she was after wasn't something that i would normally do. However i decided to proceed with the project and work out of my comfort zone.

I next researched in to some of Rebecca's photography work. She works in analog photography and creates medium format photographs on a range of different subject. Her photos have a soft focus and subdued colour quality. This was something that i needed to show through her branding.
